Do you charge for the feasibility study?
First-round characterisation on a representative sample is complimentary. If the study expands into a multi-week pilot or custom formulation work, we scope and quote that separately before any commitment.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes — we routinely sign mutual NDAs before sample exchange. Send yours, or ask us for our template.
Can you process our feedstock for us?
No. PolyGO is a chemistry and systems vendor, not a recycler. We supply the products and the engineering — your operation runs the line and owns the recovered metal.
Do you ship outside Singapore and Malaysia?
Yes. We have customers across Southeast Asia and beyond. We'll confirm shipping, import and HS-code handling once we know the target country.
